Bharat Forge fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 30 September 2017

Bharat Forge has fixed 30 September 2017 as the Record Date for the purpose of issue of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the ratio of 1 (one) Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each for every 1 (one) existing Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each, subject to approval of members through Postal Ballot.
