Binny announced that the Equity Shares of the Company has been delisted from Madras Stock Exchange (MSE) w.e.f. 13 January 2015 consequent to MSE voluntary de-recognition with Securities and Exchange Board of India.The Equity Shares of the Company shall remain listed with Bombay Stock Exchange.
