Birlasoft allots 5.28 lakh equity shares under BSIP
The Board of Birlasoft has on 07 December 2021 allotted 528,840 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each under the Birlasoft Share Incentive Plan-2019". With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 55,68,48,348/- divided into 27,84,24,174 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
