8K Miles Software Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 April 2015, has approved the following:

Allotment of 4,00,000 Equity Shares of the Company to Sandeep Tandon - HUF, out of conversion of warrants.

Resolved that Allotment of 4,00,000 Equity Shares of the Company to Sandeep Tandon HUF out of conversion of warrants.
