The Board of AARV Infratel has approved the following -

1. Appointed Jhansi Lakshmi Anne (DIN: 05243450) as a Executive Director of the Company, and

2. Appointed Mogulla Sandeep Reddy (DIN: 02939213) as an Independent Director of the Company with the effect from 05th October, 2017.
