Board of Arshiya allots 2.18 lakh equity shares on conversion of loan

At meeting held on 07 December 2019

The Board of Arshiya at its meeting held on 07 December 2019 has approved the allotment of 2,18,750 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each to Isha LakshmiNarayan (Non-Promoter) on conversion of outstanding dues amounting to Rs. 70 lakh.

Post allotment as aforesaid the paid-up equity capital of the company becomes Rs. 49,40,89,330/- comprising of 24,70,44,665 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each.
