Board of Arshiya appoints company secretary

At meeting held on 14 November 2014

Arshiya announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, inter alia, Vaibhav S Bakhare has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 14 November 2014 in place of Shyam Rathi - CFO & Compliance Officer, whose resignation has been approved by the Board.
