Board of Astron Paper & Board Mill approves investment in Balaram Papers

At meeting held on 23 July 2018

The Board of Astron Paper & Board Mill at its meeting held on 23 July 2018 has approved investment in equity shares of Balaram Papers by way of acquiring 40,35,000 Equity shares. After such investment, Balaram Papers becomes the wholly owned subsidiary company of Astron Paper & Board Mill subject to share transfer process and all other legal formalities.
