Board of Atlas Cycles (Haryana) approves sub-division of shares

At meeting held on 04 August 2017

Atlas Cycles (Haryana) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 August 2017, inter alia, has transacted the following businesses:

- Approved proposal of sub-division of the equity shares of the Company, subject to approval of the Shareholders in the 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Split Ratio : 1:2 i.e.One Equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each will be split into two equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
