Board of AXISCADES Technologies approves setting up subsidiary in France

The Board of AXISCADES Technologies at its meeting held on 11 June 2021 has considered and given its in-principle approval for opening a Wholly owned Subsidiary in France, in order to have a separate legal entity to cater to the new business opportunities. The Company shall keep the Exchanges apprised of all the material developments in this regard.
