Board of Bajaj Finance approves raising of funds by way of NCD issue

At meeting held on 29 January 2020

The Board of Bajaj Finance at its meeting held on 29 January 2020 has approved raising of funds, subject to approval of the shareholders, by issue of non-convertible debentures as part of the proposed increase in overall borrowing limit from Rs 130,000 crore to Rs 160,000 crore.
