Board of Bangalore Fort Farms approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 22 April 2016

Bangalore Fort Farms announced that following changes have taken place in the composition of Directorship of the Company:

Board Meeting of BFFL held on 22 April 2016 for taking up the following agenda.

1. J. Madhava Sharma has resigned from the post of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 01 April 2016.

2. Alok Chaturvedi be and is hereby appointed as Additional Director of BFFL with effect from 22 April 2016.
