Board of Biocon approves appointment of directors

At meeting held on 22 January 2015

Biocon announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 January 2015, inter alia, has appointed Jeremy Levin and Dr. Vijay Kumar Kuchroo as Additional Independent Directors of the Company. They will hold office up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting, wherein their appointment as Director will be placed before the shareholders for approval.
