Board of Borosil Glass Works approves acquisition of Hopewell Tableware

At meeting held on 14 January 2016

Borosil Glass Works announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 January 2016, inter alia, has approved entering into a Share Purchase Agreement, as per which the Company is to inter-alia, acquire entire equity shares of Hopewell Tableware, a closely held non listed domestic private company.
