Board of Century Plyboards (India) to acquire 39.9% stake in Century Infotech

At meeting held on 09 February 2021

The Board of Century Plyboards (India) at its meeting held on 09 February 2021 has approved a proposal to acquire 19,95,000 shares of Rs 10 each constituting 39.94% of the share capital of its subsidiary company 'Century Infotech' (CIL) from other shareholders. Upon completion of this acquisition, CIL would become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
