Board of Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company approves issue of NCDs up to Rs 11500 cr

At meeting held on 27 July 2017

The Board of Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company at its meeting held on 27 July 2017 approved the following -

Issue of 1 lakh secured or unsecured NCDs of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating Rs 10,000 crore on private placement basis;

Issue of 10,000 unsecured redeemable NCDS of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating Rs 1000 crore on private placement basis;

Issue of 5000 unsecured redeemable NCDS of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating Rs 500 crore on private placement basis.
