Board of Coastal Corporation approves bonus issue of 3:1

At meeting held on 07 April 2018

The Board of Coastal Corporation has recommended issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 3 (three] new Equity Bonus Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (one) existing equity share of Rs. 10/- each credited as fully paid up subject to the approval of the Shareholders which would be taken through the process of Postal Ballot.
