The Board of Compucom Software at its meeting held on 29 January 2021 has approved the appointment of Amitabh Kaushik as an Additional Director, in the category of Independent Director (DIN: 09033384), on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 29 January 2021.

The Board took note of completion of tenure of Ghisa Lal Chaudhary, Independent Director (DIN: 03602194).
