Coral Newsprints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 January 2016, inter alia, has taken on record and approved the following :

- Board approval for Appointment of new Lady Director Vinita Kumar & Pradyut Chauhan & acceptance of resignation letters of Parth Chauhan & Richa Shukla.
