Board of D B Realty approves fund raising through issue of convertible warrants

At meeting held on 22 February 2021

The Board of D B Realty at its meeting held on 22 February 2021 has approved the raising of fund through issue of up to 4 crore convertible warrants. The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital of the company and consequent amendment to the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
