Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that with respect to the proposed issue of foreign currency convertible bonds aggregating up to USD 200 million by the company, the securities issuance committee at its meeting held on 22 February 2021 approved the floor price of Rs 227.09 per foreign currency convertible bonds and opened the issue on 22 February 2021.
