Board of Datamatics Global Services declares dividend

Datamatics Global Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 September 2014 has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.35 per share (7%) to the equity share holders for the financial year 2014-15.
