Board of Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals appoints director

With effect from 02 April 2015

Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors vide circular resolution dated 02 April 2015, have approved the appointment of Rajendra S. Shah as an Additional Director of the Company. Rajendra S. Shah shall hold office as an Additional Director w.e.f. 02 April 2015 till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Board has considered him as an Independent Director in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement.
