Board of Eastern Treads approves investment in Shipnext Solutions

At meeting held on 09 November 2018

The Board of Eastern Treads in their meeting held on 09 November 2018 has approved the proposed investment in Shipnext Solutions. The Company is proposing to acquire 55% of its shareholding (14,41,550 number) of the equity shares at the agreed price of Re.0.18 per share, amounting to Rs 2.59 Lakhs.
