Board of First Winner Industries appoints director

At meeting held on 28 October 2014

First Winner Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2014, inter alia, has unanimously approved the appointment of Priyanka Upadhyay as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 28 October 2014.

Also the Board took the note on resignation of Dr. M. K. Sinha, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 28 October 2014.
