Board of Fraser and Company accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 28 January 2016

Fraser and Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 January 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved the following business:

1. Accepted the resignation of Dhiren Modi, Additional Director of the Company.

2. Adopted the new listing agreement pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 to be entered with the BSE and the Calcutta Stock Exchange.
