Board of Gallantt Ispat approves revision in income tax return for AY 2017-18

At board meeting held on 24 January 2018

The Board of Gallantt Ispat at its meeting held on 24 January 2018 has approved the revision in income tax return of the company for Assessment Year (AY) 2017-18 based on accounts of the company for AY 2016-17 for limited purpose of revision of income tax return pursuant to scheme of amalgamation of wholly owned subsidiaries.
