Board of Ganon Trading & Finance Company decides to withdraw scheme of arrangement

At meeting held on 09 January 2015

Ganon Trading & Finance Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 January 2015, has placed the observation letter dated 12 December 2014 received from Bombay Stock Exchange regarding the draft scheme of Arrangement filed by the Company and noted the contents of the letter.

The Board further after deliberation decided not proceeds with the proposed scheme of Arrangement and the Scheme of Arrangement stands withdrawn.
