Board of Godrej Agrovet approves allotment of 15,382 equity shares under ESOP

The Board of Godrej Agrovet at its meeting held on 11 May 2020 has approved the allotment of 15,382 equity shares of Rs 10 each under Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2018 (ESGS 2018).

Consequently to the aforesaid allotment, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has increased to 19,20,57,280 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
