Board of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance approves raising up to Rs 1200 via NCD issue

The Board of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company at its meeting held on 07 October 2020 has approved raising capital by issuance of subordinated debt instruments in the nature of rated, listed, redeemable, unsecured, fully paidup, non-cumulative, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) up to Rs 1200 crore, in one or more tranches, for cash, at par, on a private placement basis, subject to regulatory and any other approval(s), as may be required.
