Board of Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys approves scheme of amalgamation

At meeting held on 28 September 2017

The Board of Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys at its meeting held on 28 September 2017 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation ('Scheme') involving amalgamation of: (a) Indian Metals & Carbide ('IMCL'), a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian Metals And Ferro Alloys ('Company' or 'IMFA'), and (b) B. Panda and Company ('BPCO'), a holding company of the Company, into the Company subject to approval of shareholders/ creditors, stock exchange(s), National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench and other regulatory agencies, as may be applicable.
