At meeting held on 02 March 2015

Interface Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:

- To shift registered office of the Company from 614, Front Gali, Opp. Railway Station, Kalupur, Ahmedabad - 380001, Gujarat to 304, Saffron Building, Panchvati to Ambawadi Road, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad - 380006, Gujarat w.e.f. 10 February 2015.
