Board of iStreet Network allots shares on conversion of warrants

At meeting held on 28 October 2015

iStreet Network announced that the Board of the Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2015, has allotted 1,65,000 (One Lac Sixty Five Thousand only) equity shares to Non-Promoters in exchange of equal number of warrants.

All the allottees have exercised their right of converting 'warrants to shares' much earlier than last date and paid FULL balance amount towards this conversion. After this conversion, there are no warrants outstanding (pending for conversion).
