Board of Kanani Industries appoints CFO

At meeting held on 06 August 2015

Kanani Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2015, inter alia, has decided the following :

1. Finalized the appointment of Mr. Deep Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner;

2. Finalized the appointment of Darshak Pandya as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company;

3. Recommended appointment of M/s. Rajpara & Co., Chartered Accountants, Surat as the Statutory Auditors of the Company from the Conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting till conclusion of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held for Financial Year 2015-16.
