Board of KLK Electrical approve shifting of registered office

At meeting held on 17 September 2014

KLK Electrical announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 September 2014 have considered and approved the shifting of the registered office of the Company to a new address within the city of Chennai.

It was proposed and agreed to shift the registered office of the Company to a new location within the city at the following address:

Old No.164, New No. 510, TTK Road, Alwarpet, Chennai - 600018.
