Board of Kothari Industrial Corporation approves resignation of directors

At meeting held on 30 December 2014

Kothari Industrial Corporation announced that the Company has received resignation letters from Chetan Vijay Pagariya and Dr. Easo John, the Independent Non-executive Directors of the Company and the same have been accepted by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 30 December 2014.
