Board of Krebs Biochemicals & Industries approves rights issue

At meeting held on 30 July 2018

Krebs Biochemicals & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2018, inter alia, have considered and approved raising of funds by way of offer and issue of Equity Shares to the members of the Company on rights basis (Rights Issue) at such price and rights entitlement ratio as may be decided by the Board,/committee of the Board, for an amount aggregating upto Rs. 25 crore.
