At meeting held on 20 May 2015
La Tim Metal & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Appointment of Rishika Gurudatta, as the Company Secretary w.e.f. 31 March 2015.
2. Designate Vikram Shah as the Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. March 31, 2015.
