Board of Larsen & Toubro approves scheme of arrangement

At meeting held on 07 November 2016

Larsen & Toubro announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2016 considered and approved a scheme of arrangement (demerger) between the Company and L&T Valves, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

The division to be demerged comprises of land and building and certain plant and machinery owned by the Company at Coimbatore (Coimbatore Undertaking).
