The Board of Larsen & Toubro Infotech at its meeting held on 19 January 2022 has appointed Vinayak Chatterjee (DIN: 00008933) as Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director, not liable to ret ire by rotation, w.e.f. 01 April 2022. The Board has also appointed Tridib Barat (ACS: 12247) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w .e.f. 19 January 2022; and took note of cessation of Angna Arora as Interim Compliance Officer w.e.f. the same date.
