At meeting held on 30 May 2015

Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems announced that that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, inter alia has approved the shifting of registered office of the Company from "Plot No. EL-63, T.T.C. Industrial Area, Electronic Zone, M.I.D.C., Mahape, Navi Mumbai-400710" to "PIot No. EL-66, T.T.C. Industrial Area, Electronic Zone, M.LD.C., Mahape, Navi Mumbai-400710".
