Mangal Credit & Fincorp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 January2016, inter alia, has Appointed Additional Directors, Swati Sharma and Shyamkumar Agrawal, on Board of Directors and accepted Letter of resignation and resigned Directors, Pankaj Dinesh Jain, Ramasubramanian Shankaran, Bhagwan Shrinivas Sarda and Ajitkumar Sohanlal Jain from Board of Directors.
