At meeting held on 22 August 2014

Mathew Easow Research Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 August 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :

1. Increase of Authorized Share Capital of the Company subject to approval of shareholders at the forth coming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. Further issue of share capital of the Company subject to approval of shareholders al the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
