Outcome of board meeting of Tyroon Tea Company

Tyroon Tea Company announced that Jugal Kishore Bhagat - (Promoter Director) tendered his resignation from the Board due to advanced age and health condition. The Board of Directors in their Meeting which was held on 14 August 2014 accepted the same.

The final position of the Board as on 14 August 2014 as follows

3. N. N. Nagpaul (Non-Executive & Independent Director)
