The Board of Directors of Media Matrix Worldwide at its meeting held on 24 May 2017 have taken note of the resignation of Bharat Bhushan Chugh from the office of Whole-time Director designated as Director (Finance) due to his pre-occupations w.e.f. 25 May 2017. However, he will continue as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
