Board of Somany Ceramics decides to terminate JV agreement with Keraben

At meeting held on 24 May 2017

Somany Ceramics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2017 has decided to terminate the joint venture agreement executed between Keraben Grupo S.A. (formerly known as Keraben S.A.) and Somany Ceramics in the year 2006 for setting up of SKPL Ceramics (formerly known as Somany Keraben).
