At meeting held on 06 February 2015
Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following business items:1. Took note of Order issued by Regional Director (North West Region), Ahmedabad, under section 13(4) of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder, confirming the alteration of Memorandum of Association of the Company relating to change of place of registered office of the Company from the State of Gujarat to the State of Karnataka.
2. Approved new Registered Office address at Bangalore as under and also authorised Sachendra Tummala and Sanjiv Kumar Tandon, Directors to file the requisite Form - INC 22 for the same:
