1. The Board accepted and approved the resignation of Ravikumar Gaurishankar Patel (DIN: 05340869) from the designation of Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company.

2. The Board accepted and approved the resignation of Jatinbhai Ramanbhai Patel (DIN: 06973337) from the designation of Director of the company.
