Bagadia Colourchem announces change in directorate and appointment of CFO

Bagadia Colourchem has appointed Nikita Dhannalal Jain as an Additional Director in the Promoter Category. Suresh Adav was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. Natwarlal Radheshyam Bagadia resigned as Managing Director of the Company and he will continue as the Non Executive Non Working Director of the Company.
