Modern Converters announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 July 2016 has transacted the following business:

1. Approved the resignation of Govind Gupta, Company Secretary of the Company.

2. Approved the resignation of Rajeev Chirimar, director of the Company.
